Infused with herbs that are rich in iron, this tea blend fights against menstrual fatigue and reduces flow for heavy period. It can also support with reducing cramps and other PMS symptoms. 

Usage: Place one tablespoon of the blend into boiling water and allow to steep for 20 minutes then strain and enjoy. It can be taken sweetened with honey or sugar. It may be taken cold or hot. 

Ingredients: Red Raspberry leaf, Stinging Nettles, Red Clover, Chamomile, Rose and Cinnamon

Contraidications: Not for people who suffer from hemochromatosis or other bleeding disorders. May stimulate estrogen sensitive tumor growth. Use cautiously with anticoagulants and oral contraceptives.
